The spot they landed on, which they discovered in an unconventional way, overlooks a vast expanse of land known as the Sequatchie Valley. "We were looking for a mountaintop property in Tennessee and Seth spotted this rare rift valley while looking on Google Earth," explains Tori.

Known for its stunning vistas and high rock faces, it's easy to see what drew the Bolts to the Sequatchie Valley. The decision was a no-brainer. "We knew this was the place the first time we stepped foot on the property and soaked in that incredible view of the Sequatchie Valley," says Tori. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the area is conveniently located to Nashville, Knoxville, Atlanta and Birmingham, making it less than half a day's drive from millions of people.

Seth and Tori are serious about making Bolt Farm Treehouse a step above any other getaway.
