It All Comes Down to This

Down to the Wire. It's the final phase in this six-part saga of the latest Brother Vs. Brother competition, and the focus for this round is on the home exteriors. Drew and Jonathan each have a vision for creating spectacular outdoor spaces that they hope will help give them the edge when they flip their project homes. In the end, though, it's the net proceeds of the sales of the refurbished mansions that determine the ultimate winner.

The Team-Drew Project

Perfect Pitch. Drew shows no fear as he installs some roof decking as part of the final phase in his renovation. As the final phase of the renovations gets underway, Drew trails in the spaces competition, having taken the main bedroom-suite and bonus space challenges, while Jonathan leads with wins in the living room, kitchen and guest-bedroom rounds.

Before

The Team-Drew Project: Front Exterior. With the individual spaces contests complete, the ulttimate win in the competition is determined by the final selling prices and overall profits from the sales of the two homes. The house yielding the greatest net proceeds from the sale seals the overall win. The proceeds of both sales will benefit a specially chosen charity. Each brother has five weeks to finish the exteriors and wrap up the renovations on their respective project homes.

After

The Team-Drew Project: Front Exterior. Drew has the bigger lot, and feels he has the 'home field advantage' — since his project house is actually just a stone's throw from his own home where he and his bride Linda reside.

Before

The Team-Drew Project: Front Exterior. Drew purchased his house for $2.35 million and allocated $2 million to restore the home to its former glory, inside and out. Of his $2 million renovation budget, he has $397,000 remaining to restore the home exterior and yard.

The Team-Drew Project: Front Exterior. Drew's redesign of the home's exterior included repair to the wall and walkway. He also refurbished the front exterior of the LA classic home, restoring the original iron balconies, arched entry and front door.
