Cook’s Note: The snowmen can be made ahead and stored without their name tags in zip-top bags to keep the marshmallows fresh. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from any moisture or humidity.
Instructions
Place the standard-sized marshmallow on a work surface with a round end up. Use a toothpick to poke two eye holes into the marshmallow and insert a black sugar pearl into each hole. The marshmallow interior will be sticky and the pearls will naturally adhere. Use the toothpick to poke a hole in the center of the marshmallow and insert the rounded end of the orange candy-coated sunflower seed.

Place the giant marshmallow on its side. Place the melted vanilla candy in a disposable piping bag or in a zip-top bag with a tiny hole in the corner snipped. Pipe a little melted candy onto the top center of the giant marshmallow and place the snowman's assembled head on top.

Pipe three dots of melted candy down the front of the giant marshmallow and place a candy dot on each. Allow the marshmallow snowman to stand until set, about 20 minutes, or speed-set by placing in the refrigerator for about five minutes.

Trim the rainbow sour belt in half lengthwise using kitchen-dedicated scissors. Wrap the belt around the snowman’s neck and adhere it to the snowman's body using a dot of melted candy. Let stand until set.

Meanwhile, stack the four wrapped candy canes side by side so that the curved ends evenly match and resemble a sled. Secure them together across their wrappers with cellophane tape. Add melted candy in the center of the assembled sled and place the snowman on top. Let stand until set.
