Realtor Shea Hicks-Whitfield teams up with design partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas on Bargain Block to restore homes in iconic Detroit, her beloved hometown.

Born and raised in Detroit, Shea puts her love of the city on full display during Bargain Block, where she, Keith and Evan buy and renovate neighborhood homes. "My love for all things Metro Detroit makes each transaction something special, because my work is contributing to strengthening the very fabric of our community," says Shea.

She's a Real Estate Expert

With more than 18 years of real estate experience, Shea adores helping people find the right home in her gorgeous city and showing off the amazing revitalizations happening throughout Detroit. On every episode of Bargain Block, Shea works with Keith and Evan to find homes to renovate and then she sells them at top dollar. She Loves Her Team

Just a quick glance on her social media and you'll soon see that Shea, Keith and Evan aren't just friends on TV. They are a team that truly loves working together. "Keith is excellent when it comes to the vision of the design. And then, with Evan, he’s brilliant with carpentry and building. I've been an agent since 2004, and I'm really good when it comes to pricing. Because I was born and raised and now live in Detroit, I know the neighborhoods," says Shea.

She's About to Be a First-Time Mom!

Shea is pregnant with her first child — a boy! She and her husband, Terry, are expecting their bundle of joy in August 2022 and made their announcement on Instagram with a super adorable, "We're changing our names to Mom & Dad!"
