New HGTV Shows and Renewals

Chelsea and Cole DeBoer, hosts of Down Home Fab
Sin City Rehab (wt): Season 1
Chicago-based designer Alison Victoria will take on the bright lights and high stakes of the Las Vegas real estate scene in the newly greenlit HGTV spinoff Sin City Rehab (working title). The series is scheduled to premiere in late 2025.
Rock the Block: Season 6
Enter veterans versus rookies: Former competitors and judges headed back to the block include designer Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab) with Season 4 champion and high-end designer Michel Smith Boyd (Luxe For Less), as well as home restoration dynamo Jonathan Knight (Farmhouse Fixer) and his New Kids on the Block bandmate and brother Jordan Knight. Joining on the series for the first time, the rookie teams will feature married home reno pros Chelsea and Cole DeBoer (Down Home Fab) and house-flipping experts Kamohai and Tristyn Kalama (Renovation Aloha).
Down Home Fab: Season 3
Chelsea and Cole DeBoer announced Down Home Fab will be renewed for a third season in a joint Instagram post with HGTV. Get ready for more South Dakota glam design ideas.
Help! I Wrecked My House: Season 5
Not only will Help! I Wrecked My House return to HGTV for a fifth season — it's moving from California to Utah, along with host Jasmine Roth and her family (husband Bret Roth and daughter Hazel Roth). Jasmine announced the show's renewal in an Instagram post on July 19. Several days later, she posted more exciting news: She's pregnant with a baby girl.
Ugliest House in America: Season 6
HGTV has ordered a new six-episode season of its popular series, Ugliest House in America, starring comedian and actress Retta and HGTV's Windy City Rehab host Alison Victoria.

Renovation Aloha: Season 2
Premieres: Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 9|8c
Our favorite Hawaii-based series, Renovation Aloha, is coming back with 10 new episodes starring married home renovators Tristyn and Kamohai Kalama. The series will follow the Kalamas and their large, extended family as they transform dilapidated properties on the island of Oʻahu into beautiful family homes.
Married to Real Estate: Season 4
Premieres: Wednesday, March 12 at 8|7c
Home renovation power couple Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson will keep it fun and prove working with your spouse is never boring in 12 new episodes of HGTV’s hit series Married to Real Estate. And, of course, the new season will be full of the duos impressive flips.
