Brooklyn's iconic bridges and East River views are on display through the living room's wall-sized windows. To provide additional seating when the homeowners entertain, designers added built-in benches along one side of the room.

Modern Neutral Dining Room With Fluted Banquette

The loft was originally a basic, developer-grade condo, so designers wanted to give it its own unique personality and details. In the dining area, they installed a banquette with a fluted back that extends all the way to the ceiling. Alabaster sconces by Apparatus create an intimate mood come evening.
