
Bio
Kathleen is a contributing writer for HGTV and Food Network. She covers design trends, talent news, and behind-the-scenes content of the latest shows. She was formerly an editor at HGTV Magazine where she wrote home and kitchen tours, a variety of decorating and design stories, cleaning and organizing content, and covered all HGTV talent content. She also ran the Editor-in-Chief’s social media account and co-created the magazine’s weekly newsletter.
At HGTV Magazine, Kathleen discovered a love for interior design that she decided to explore. She received a Certificate in Residential Interior Design from Kennesaw State University and currently works for one of the top high-end residential and commercial interior design firms in Atlanta. She now brings a more knowledgeable approach to her design and decorating writing.
Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys renovating and decorating her condo in Atlanta, GA, and spending time with her husband and Golden Retriever.
