A brand-new home like this one doesn’t require much updating. That being said, Jasmine still wanted to ensure her house would stand out on the block.

Jasmine made several updates to her home’s exterior: paint job, new garage door, walkway. Not to mention, she added architectural stone around the skirt of the front of the house for an elevated look. “I see every bit of this house as an opportunity. I want to add value to every square inch of not just the house but of the property itself,” Jasmine said.

In her entryway, Jasmine used recycled wood on the ceiling to create a similar look and feel to the great room. She also brought in a custom-built, cinnamon-colored barn door to close off the laundry room.
