We're getting a two-for-one bargain this fall: 10 new episodes of the Detroit-based home renovation series Bargain Block, and a five-episode spinoff series, Bargain Block New Orleans (!).

Starring home reno experts and partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas, the new season of Bargain Block will feature the duo as they continue restoring iconic Motor City neighborhoods one house at a time with help from their friend, lifetime Detroit resident and real estate expert Shea Hicks-Whitfield. The new season will premiere in Fall 2024.

In Bargain Block New Orleans, Keith and Evan will travel to Louisiana to implement their successful approach to home renovations among NOLA’s blighted neighborhoods. During the season, they'll buy multiple rundown and abandoned houses and take them down to the studs to create affordable, stylish and fully furnished homes that are ideal for first-time homebuyers. The spinoff series will premiere in Fall 2024.
