Create Paper Crown
Download and print one of the crown templates onto standard printer paper. Using scissors, cut out the template, then trace onto the back of heavy patterned paper. Cut out crown.
Make Cupcake Liner Flower
To make a cupcake liner flower, layer scrunched liners and attach to the crown's center with double-sided tape or glue.
Tip: To make a fuller flower, add more liners.
Add Sparkle
Use hot glue to attach a rhinestone bauble to the center of the liner flower. Add a row of self-stick rhinestones to the bottom of the crown for extra sparkle.
Add Ribbon
Using a standard hole punch, punch each side of the crown about 1/2" in to accommodate the ribbon. Insert ribbon through holes, then knot to secure. Cut loose ends of ribbon, leaving the ends long enough so the crowns will be able to comfortably tie around kids' heads.
