The Newlyweds

Drew Scott and Linda Phan were married on May 12, 2018 in Italy. Here, the happy couple enjoys their rooftop terrace.

Dramatic steps lead you to the front exterior of Drew and Linda’s Los Angeles Tudor-style home.

The living room features cream, black, green and gold accents, a palette you'll see repeated throughout the entire home. The fireplace features a unique geometric shape — one that Drew and Linda initially planned to get rid of. Now, they are very happy to have kept the "house-shaped" fireplace as-is.

The first floor features an airy, open space that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The crown molding, “screams art deco,” Linda says.

A mix of midcentury modern and traditional, deep shades of blue and gold accents make this office trend-forward, yet warm and inviting.

Vintage-style velvet chairs lend midcentury flair, while the traditional desk and Chesterfield-style wingback chair add masculinity.

Bold patterned black-and-white wallpaper and gold accents give a regal feel to this powder room on the first floor of Drew and Linda’s house.

The “formal but not too formal dining room,” Linda says, was extended to accommodate a large rectangular dining table, perfect for hosting family and friends.

The dining room table was "originally going to be round," Linda says. But with the room being extended to accommodate more people, a rectangular table made perfect sense.

Directly across from the dining table is a custom shelving handmade by Drew and Jonathan. It's perfect for displaying keepsakes in this family-centric space.

The deluxe chef's kitchen features a massive island, double ovens and a wine fridge.

The kitchen island seats five, which is perfect for when Drew and Linda’s nieces and nephews come over for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any other time in between. (Hint, hint, Jonathan!)

Believe it or not, this kitchen used to be a patio! The beautiful conservatory glass brings in plenty of natural light.

Warm brass drawer pulls and light fixtures dress up this black-and-white space.

Craft Room

As Linda puts it, her craft room is “absolutely my most favorite room in the house.” Linda can craft to her heart's content with an assortment of markers, paints, pompoms, streamers and much more.

The color combinations in the room are light and fun. The bright wall art complements the room's lemon yellow wallpaper and pink ceiling. Ample closet space and an adorable bathroom make this a room that Linda can craft in all day.

Black accents and antique bronze fixtures allow this bathroom’s jungle-themed wallpaper to really take center stage.

Laundry Room

Doing the laundry doesn't have to be a chore with a decked-out modern space. The drying rack and ample counter space will make the chore of folding clothes a cinch!

Wicker baskets add texture and storage, while hiding unsightly laundry must-haves.

Drew and Linda’s customized closet space = WOW! Getting dressed in the morning should be much more efficient now with perfectly-organized his-and-hers areas.

“Two words: sexy and cool,” Linda says. We agree! The ornate light fixtures set the mood at night, while allowing the natural light to do most of the work during the day.

Linda and Drew carried as much of their color scheme into the guest Suite from the main house as they could, while still keeping the two living areas visually different and inviting.

The customized barn door seals off the bedroom, allowing for privacy.

The kitchen includes all the comforts of home: a full-size refrigerator, oven and plenty of cabinet space above and below.

A small dining area sits in front of double doors, which lead to the outside dining terrace and expansive backyard.
