Fill the Push-Pop Containers
Remove lids from push-pop containers and place them on the stand, if using, to hold in place while they are being filled. Otherwise hold the container upright in one hand. Fill by hand with layers of the different assorted confetti all the way to the top of each container. Tip: Mylar confetti is prone to static cling and the pieces might stick together so you may need to fluff the confetti with your fingers as you fill the containers.
