Create Blackberry Simple Syrup
In a pot over medium heat, add blackberries, sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce and simmer for about 20 minutes to allow the blackberries to break down and release their juice. Allow to cool, then transfer simple syrup, including blackberries, to a lidded glass container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Note: This yields about 2 cups of simple syrup, which is enough for approximately 10 cocktails.

Mix Cocktails
For a single cocktail: In a tall, ice-filled glass, combine 1 shot (1-1/2 ounces) of blackberry simple syrup with 1 shot (1-1/2 ounces) of honeysuckle vodka. Top with equal parts prosecco and club soda for a bubbly finish. For a pitcher: For each cup your pitcher holds, add 5 shots each of blackberry simple syrup and honeysuckle vodka, top with equal parts prosecco and club soda (Image 1) and stir (Image 2) to combine.

Garnish and Enjoy
Cut the lavender sprigs at an angle to create a natural cocktail pick, then slide on fresh blackberries. Add blackberry + lavender garnish to cocktails (Image 1). Enjoy chilled; this refreshing concoction is perfect for backyard get-togethers, spring or summer weddings (Image 2) or just relaxing with a garden-fresh summery sip (Image 3).
