Watch a Sneak Peek: What to Expect From 'Battle on the Beach' Season 4
Our favorite trio of mentors — Taniya, Ty and Alison — are back in a new season, airing on June 3.
It's time for a beach vacation — and not in the traditional sense. Designers Taniya Nayak (Build It Forward), Ty Pennington (Rock the Block) and Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab) will bring the heat to Oak Island, North Carolina, in a new season of HGTV's epic surfside home reno competition Battle on the Beach.
Season 4 premieres Monday, June 3 at 9|8c.

What to Expect From BOTB Season 4
In the show's two-hour premiere episode, Taniya, Ty and Alison, along with their two-person teams of promising renovators, will select a property from three similar four-bedroom, two-bathroom houses (sight unseen!). Primed with the biggest-ever Battle on the Beach renovation budget — $100,000 — and invaluable advice from their mentors, each team will transform their rundown home into a desired waterfront dwelling.
Across the seven-episode run, the trio of mentors will lead their respective designers — married couple Samantha and Sean Kilgore of Richmond, Michigan; friends Brandon Parker and Teresa Robinson of Norfolk, Virginia; and married couple Kristin and Chyenne Smith of Dallas — as they take on kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor renovations.
In each episode, teams will vie for a $3,000 bonus as they compete in some unexpected challenges. (Think: carnival-themed games and a relay race on a historic battleship.)
When the Competition Gets Hot
Expert judges Bryan and Sarah Baeumler (Renovation Island) will award the team that adds the most value to their property a $50,000 cash prize and their mentor will once again reign supreme with bragging rights, but unexpected twists and a last-minute room challenge added before the finale will result in a nail-biting race to the finish.
